The home boasts 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a fully equipped gourmet kitchen plus two additional kitchenettes and 2 indoor living/dining areas. There are two spacious outdoor living areas, a BBQ patio and marina-front pool, and a marina-level grassed area adjacent to the property's private pontoon. You will find that there are spaces and facilities for everyone to enjoy, and relax, at Larrakeyah Palms.
Yours to enjoy...
As indoor and outdoor palms catch and sway in the tropical breeze, why not while away your afternoons with a good drink in hand and a spectacular sunset in sight on the upper level balcony or hammock corner. Or if you prefer, float your days away in the marina-front pool or in one of two kayaks launched from the pontoon. Is cooking and entertaining friends and family your idea of the perfect holiday? Then make use of the gourmet kitchen facilities, or the bbq and patio area on the lower pool level. Prefer not to cook? You could of course engage the services of a private chef. And after dinner, retreat to a good book or movie in one of many large luxurious bedrooms or lounge areas within Larrakeyah Palms.
